Get hair wet with CLEAN TAP WATER Before entering water.

USE a leave-in conditioner on your hair PRIOR to getting hair wet.

The P girls sometimes put 3 min mircle in their hair BEFORE leaving for the pool.. why not get a DEEP condition?

NEVER NEVER let you hair Dry with Chlorine in it!!!!

AFTER the FACT

DONT... use a tinted shampoo um... like, GREEN.

DO...use a Clarifying Shampoo or one made for Chlorine removal.

DO..a WHITE Vinegar Rinse

Swimwear care.....

At this time of year I invest a lot of time in helping 4GIRLS 1BOY pick out swimsuits.. Emma is a big asset ... I would consider her an expert and can fit just about anyone in a great suit for them...unless a girl/boy totally has their mind set on a certain style and they are an IDIOT.

This is what I recommend...

Must buy at least 2 suits per season..........My children spend an abnormal amount of time in water...either because they are lifegaurds or Mermaids/Merboy?

Chlorine/Salt water/Sweat/Oils & Lotions/High Water Temps(hot tubs-hot pots-sulfer) RUIN Swimwear.

1. Rinse suit in clean tepid water before leaving pool/beach.

2. Hand wash/Gentle cycle in tepid water with a mild detergent WITHOUT fabric softener..(Woolite) roll in a towel to get out excess water...dry flat... IN DOORS. ( take out padding and dry flat, re-insert when dry) I totally get irritated when I see swimsuits hanging in the shower or drying outside!!!

bidet: in our home is used as a catch all...magazine, newspaper, freshener,tampons,foot bath and Kindle. button 1 ( steve calls it the Pisser button) low amount of water.

button 2.. for when you go number 2

prior to using the toilet you need to evaluate.

If you plan to go number 2 you must push pisser button so that water can coat the bowl thus number 2 can slide down.

If you predict a Major number 2 or more than a 1 min visit you must push the pisser button and then use 2 squares of TP over the landing area so that when you flush with the number 2 button.. no skid marks.

If you fail to follow the steps... you must cover your mistake with 2 squares of TP.

All three girls..anna.emma.bette live in the same condo..and the adventures there.

Sella. End of Swim Season..Basketball season...now its Softball.

Cooata went on a Guys vacation-retreat to Germany.

Anna.. currently Teaches ASL as a language at TIMPVIEW HIGH SCHOOL and continues to work towards her masters. Anna was asked to participate in a Study at UVU..here they are presenting. Not all are deaf ..ANNA IS. However they all have degree's that apply to Deaf studies. Anna Was the FIRST DEAF student at UVU to GRADUATE in Deaf Studies... She is also one of a very few NATIVE AMERICANS to Graduate in this degree in the NATION.

BBall coach's... Crap.. now we have to REDO our starting lineup and plays. They are on xmas break.. no games for about a month so HOPEFULLY the finger wil be less stressed.

SWIM Coach's ...who were at the game...Oh we have it figured out.. waterproof tape and you can do Kick Drills...and THIS proves why Sella should FOCUS only on SWIM

CHEER COACH'S.. we would not have broken Sella's finger if she had done cheer... The coaches are ALWAYS impressed with Sella's knowledge of CHEER LOL... Sella NEVER missed Anna and Emmas games they cheered at. Sella will tell them.. No.. when you stunt it should look like this..your not using technique and oh your not cleaning right.

the guy cheerleaders.. were tossing sella back and forth who wants to take a picture with sella...

A Local Italian club type team was brought in to play the girls team.. Florence did not have a girls bball team ...The boys played FLorence.

The oldest Girl on the Italian team was 28.. 1 girl was 16 and all the rest were over 20. As you can see in top left corner.... Naples did not win.. yet a good time... they exchanged gifts.

Sella didnt go to Swim practice thursday night because her Finger hurt.. but she didnt tell us so Steve and I went all the way out there to pick her up from swim. so 9pm thurs. night she is icing and taped her finger

Friday...

6:30 am... mom my finger hurts.. ice and re-tape

Duirng school Sella talked ot her coach...

Coach..." heres a ball see if you can shoot. Well, you can just dribble left and assit the entire game"

2:30 pm Sella... "Mom my finger hurts its stressing me out about the game... I think Im gonna go see Ms. K and see if she thinks I need a xray..(ms.k is .. our next door neighbor and friend and sella babysits for them and she is a dr....and yes sella is on first name bases and everytime sella is in the hospital she stops by to see ms.k so it wouldnt be unusual for sella to say she was going to go ask her opinion)

Steve and I realize that Dr.K is still on leave.. We Call Emma who is at work and ask her to get Sella started at the Dr. office.

Emma ..."My sister needs to be seen"

so... its broken...bone fragments and blew out the tendon.

Sella..."well its been really stressing me out because its hurts so bad...

The basketball team has new coaches this year.

First 2 hrs of any trip HOMEWORK(i like)

On Game Days.. dress up and dress up for travel if less than 3 hrs (i like)

Prefer the girls wear dresses (i like)

Prefer that dresses are BELOW the KNEE...

SERIOUSLY do they make dresses like that any more.. So Ive been on the hunt to meet the dress code ...as many know dress codes are not a battle I choose to pick, just not worth it. This is the LONGEST dress I could find .. Ieven sized up to a Med. because it was 2 inches longer...I'm thinking the leggins should make it OK???
